Distributed Computing Experiment - dce.exe - What is it?

Found something called "Distributed Computing Experiment" while testing out some downloads. It appears as dce.exe in the Windows Task Manager. I haven't figured out what it does yet. None of the scanners at VirusTotal detected it.
